Cancellation & Refund Policy

Credit Card Payment Policy:

Third party credit card not allowed. For offline or any other transaction Download credit card form sign and fax us with copy of card and valid photo id which has the card holders signature and or passport copy . Credit card payments will may attract additional 3% on the total payable amout as card fees. This will be advised separately at the time of procurement. Payment by chq can be made by depositing the chq / cash in any of our following bank accounts and fax us the bank slip for issuance of tickets.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.

Fees Payment:

User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of use of the website .In addition the user understands that JUST ENGAGED A DIVISON OF ( Maa Air Ticket Centre Pvt Ltd) shall reserve the right to alter products, venders and cost from time to time without notice.

Correct Information:

It is important that the personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers, credit card details etc. the user provides are the personal information that the user’s credit card company has on file for the user. JUST ENGAGED A DIVISON OF ( Maa Air Ticket Centre Pvt Ltd) takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for the non fulfillment of the order if the personal information provided by the user for processing the user’s order is incorrect.

Additional Cost:

There will be an additional shipping charge to ship via FedEx/UPS/DHL depending on the volume of the products, cities to be shipped. The cost of the same will be advised and charged in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • All Categories - No cancellation charges upto 1 month from the date of service. (full refund)

  • Services (photographers / wedding planners Mehendi specialist / image consulting / Saree Drapist / choreographers / website / DJ / Sound and Light suppliers) - 25% cancellation fee for less than 15 days from the date of service. 50% cancellation fee for less than 7 days from the date of service.

  • Products (cakes / chocolates / food items / catering etc.) - 25% cancellation fee for less than 15 days from the date of service. 50% cancellation fee for less than 7 days from the date of service. No Refund for cancellations 2 days prior to event.

  • Florists / wedding cards - 50% cancellation fee for less than 15 days from the date of service. No refund for less than 7 days from the date of service.

  • Travel bookings (flight tickets / honeymoon bookings / hotel bookings etc.) - Cancellation policies / refunds in lieu with cancellation policies / refunds of the respective airlines / hotels / tours.

How merchant will Communicate with customer for pricing related:

All communications will be via plan@justengaged.in. We will take the queries and forward the same to the vendor, and the reply from the vendor will be forwarded to the client. In case of any meeting required, the same will be co-ordinated from our end between the vendor and the customer. For the pricing, the requirements will be taken down from the customer and the price will be quoted in consultation with the vendor.

Return Policies:

Return policies as per the below mentioned categories:
  • No returns / refund in case of services already availed. (photographers / wedding planners Mehendi specialist / image consulting / Saree Drapist / choreographers / website / DJ / Sound and Light suppliers)

  • No returns / refund in case of Travel services already availed. However, if bookings not available on desired travel dates, or last minute change in itinerary, alternate date or itinerary will be accommodated, or full refund will be offered (in case of airline / hotel bookings)

  • No returns / refunds in case of food and food items (cakes / chocolates / food items / catering)

  • No returns / refunds in case of other products (Florists / wedding cards). Unless the final product does not match with the one selected by the customer. In which case, refund will be arranged on consultation with the vendor.

Service Delivery Policy:

In most cases, the service / product will be delivered to the client on the dates as advised by them. In case of services like cards / website design / travel services
